Returns
In the rare event that goods are delivered damaged please contact the customer service helpline on receipt and we will arrange pickup and replacement or a full refund. If you want to cancel this order or are unhappy with your goods, please call the customer service. Within 30 days of order and providing that the goods are in a saleable condition in their original packaging we will give you a complete refund. The refund will be given on the credit or debit card used for the purchase. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility and the goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our returns department warehouse.    

Made To Order goods are not returnable unless damaged or faulty. Please call the helpline if you require further information or assistance.
