Underfloor heating

Underfloor heating is available to all customers with an M&L glass building. It is designed  for installation along the perimeter of a room with a solid flooring surface which requires high-output heating with a fast response time. The system uses convectors that are set in a duct and covered with grilles. It operates off existing central heating without fans or extra pumps. 

We offer a design-layout service and supply the kit - convectors, baffles (to improve air circulation), grill supports, trims, and grills. In glass buildings with electric ventilators, an M&L automatic controller will operate both the heating and ventilation to give a balanced temperature, whatever the weather outside.
