Refunds & returns

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please email the customer service helpline upon receipt and we will arrange collection and replacement or a full refund. If you want to cancel this order or are unhappy with your goods, please return the goods with a completed return form, within 14 days of receiving the goods to: Returns, Marston & Langinger Limited, Warehouse, Unit A, Holt Road, Fakenham, Norfolk, NR21 8JH.

Providing that the goods are in a saleable condition and in their original packaging we will make a complete refund. The refund will be given on the credit or debit card used for the purchase. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility and the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Goods made to order are not returnable unless damaged or faulty in which case please email us within 3 days of receipt.  If you require further information or assistance please call the helpline.
