In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact the customer service helpline on receipt and we will arrange collection and replacement or a full refund.If you want to cancel this order or are unhappy with your goods, please return the goods with a completed return form which is available online, within 14 days of receiving the goods to: Returns Department, Marston & Langinger Limited, Warehouse Unit A, Holt Road, Fakenham, Norfolk, NR21 8 JH. 

Providing that the goods are in a saleable condition and in their original packaging we will give you a complete refund. The refund will be given on the credit or debit card used for the purchase. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility and the goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our returns department warehouse. 

Made To Order goods are not returnable unless damaged or faulty. Please call the helpline if you require further information or assistance.
