Construction
Marston & Langinger’s doors are uniquely hand-built with precisely made twin tenons that enables the strongest and most durable construction.

Sizes
They are made to order in exact sizes, either 44mm or 57mm thick depending on the type (double glazed doors are 57mm thick), the frame and your requirements.

The material and finish
Exterior doors are made from sapele. Tulipwood is used for internal doors. Both are stable superior hardwoods capable of a fine finish. Our doors are prepared for painting, although they can be stained and varnished, however there will be colour variation between each piece of timber.

Glazed doors
Double-glazed doors are supplied with or without glass units, or pre-glazed. The units are constructed with tempered security glass, with Low ‘E’ glass and an argon-filled 16mm (5/8”) cavity for exceptional insulation and security. Single-glazed doors need on-site glazing after installation. Glass can be supplied cut to size, and tempered (annealed in the smallest sizes).
